Jane Fernandes has a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management and a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from FIA. With 25 years’ experience in People Management, he has a consolidated career in Human Resources in various segments, the last 17 years of which have been dedicated to the Live Marketing market. She is a partner at Batux, where she heads up the Operations area, and serves as director of AMPRO’s human relations committee.
